Consequences Matter
Of course Gov. Cuomo needs to resign. Anyone who has dealt with bullies knows that they look to see what happens when they “step over the line”. If nothing happens, they look for the next line to step over and on from there. But if they face a significant consequence, THEY STOP!
Well, how many lines must Trump and his co-conspirators cross without consequence? Why should the Jan. 6 seditionists be afraid of taking a “guilty” plea, when they face only mild rebukes from judges? For that matter, why wouldn’t they do it again?
America can’t “move on” without accountability for past behaviors. Gov. Cuomo will likely pay the price. Now, how about some EQUAL JUSTICE for Trump and his fellow traitors to American democracy??
