Just Stop, Already
So Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and the Republicans again call for “prayers” for the victims of America’s latest school shooting. But the reality is that these murders were committed with the Republicans’ favorite weapon and because of the Republicans’ laws, which value the dollars from gun manufacturers and the NRA more than they value the lives of Americans…even American school children! Nobody should have access to assault weapons except for police and military. So Gov. Kemp and your fellow Republicans, please spare us your fake piety and pass gun safety legislation immediately! Or will our children just have to stay at risk even longer, until they can be protected by President Harris and her veto-proof Democrat Congress?
