We have often puzzled about why anyone who wasn’t a billionaire would vote Republican. The Supreme Court’s recent gutting of the Voting Rights Act has answered that question for us. The answer is racism.

Clearly, the ultimate goal of Republicans, buoyed by the Trump regime and enabled by the Roberts court, is to nullify the impact of African-Americans on America’s culture, their history and certainly their voting process.

Republicans are trying to make non-whites irrelevant, despite the inevitability of their demographic majority. Roberts and his cohorts are telling black people they are inconsequential and might as well stay home on Election Day, because their votes won’t matter. This makes it all the more crucial that decent, honorable white and non-white people come out in droves on Election Day, to overcome this outrage through sheer numbers.

Acknowledging reality, Chris Rock once said, ‟All we can do is wait for better white people to show up!” Well, this is the moment that we show up! We have to admonish Trump, Roberts and the other Republican white supremacists that America is not now and was never meant to be an Apartheid state.

You can look it up.
